Everest Vacuum manufacturing plant is housed in the new industrial area of HSIIDC, Bahadurgarh. The manufacturing facility is built in about 35,000 sq. ft. which houses the state of art M/C Shop consisting of some of the latest 5-Axis Mill-Turn M/C centers & Horizontal M/C centers from Mazak, Japan. State of the art CMM machine with the continuous scanning head for accurate profile measurement. Some unique high power and high torque VMC machines and CNC Turning Centre. Apart from this Everest Vacuum also houses a state of the art fabrication shop to design, custom-built to high standards of quality engineered and standard vacuum pump packages as a turn-key solution for our customers. The manufacturing plant also houses an approved R&D Lab by DSIR, Govt. Of India

Everest Vacuum houses a modern machine shop facility with some unique special purpose machines which are amongst one off in their specifications within India. This provides Everest a very competitive advantage to do and complete very complex jobs/ profiles with extreme accuracy, precision at very competitive costing. Everest Vacuum M/C shop boast of some latest machines from Mazak, Japan, Doosan, S. Korea and Hass USA.
Everest Vacuum has a state of the art , one of its kind advanced coating shop. This coating shop houses capability to coat special polymers with high accuracy on and strong adherence to the base metal surface. Various coating testing apparatus are available in house to ensure required parameters are met for coating.
Everest Vacuum fabrication shop is designed & built with a vision to rovide to our customers world class, best in class skid facbrication units. These are all custom built units designed for our customers specific to their indivisual process needs & requirments. The shop comprises of advance fabrication facilites capable of doing MIG weldng, TIG welding, Pressure (Pneumatic & Hydraulic) testing etc. The facility also house a small advance electronic section wherein all inhouse automation & wiring is done, wherever required. This shop also houses an advance He leak detector imported from Shimadzu, Japan to measure & control very fine leaks to achive very high level of leak rates, spically in R&D applications.
Everest Vacuum Manufacturing Plant has dedicated state of art R&D lab which boast some of the latest R&D equipments such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Vertical Machining Centre, Precision Measurement Instruments, Salt Spray Tester and Various Coating measurement apparatus. EV also has a dedicated R&D team of about 10-12 people who are continuously working on improvements of existing products and development of new products. This inhouse R&D centre is approved & by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR).
Everest Vacuum has a clean dedicated facility to pre-assemble & assemble the pumps. This area is equipped with 100% epoxy flooring, automation & latest tools & tackles. The assembly area is also automated with inventory management system, auto trigger of shortages. Best in Industry practices such as full kitting, production management system, integrated inventory management system are some others that are continuously followed & adopted here. Modular Assembly, Cell Manufacturing are some of the other techniques used to enhance local optima in productivity.
Everest Vacuum houses a modern inventory managment system which is integrated with 3D barcoading (QRcoaring). All material being recieved into the company gets tagged with a unique refrence no. which helps us trace the position, location & time movement of the inventory. By implementation of these advance metholodology in inventory EV has been able to reduce the inventory by about 30% with nearly zero instances of stock out.
Everest Vacuum houses a state of the art testing facility which allows it customers to remote test the vacuum pumps & boosters, the whole system is scada based panel which runs a preprogrammed test defined exclusively for each pump model. This means each pump has a uniquiqe algorithm written for its testing and the customer can directly test the pump from his own premise in real time with the only limitation being that the pumps in this section get tested only on shop floor motors & test bench. This testing is doen for 100% pumps being produced.
